Mont Marte Signature Woodless Charcoal Pencils are made superior grade charcoal. Use the woodless charcoal pencil on an angle for broad strokes or with the sharpened point for fine details. Create highlights with a kneadable eraser.
Note: Do not sharpen pastel and charcoal pencils with a regular sharpener. Weâd recommend using a sharp hobby knife (under adult supervision). Sharpen away from yourself slowly and at a slight angle for best results. For a finer point try using a sandpaper block or fine grade sandpaper. Apply gentle pressure and move it backwards and forwards on the point while rotating the pencil to evenly sharpen each side.
Includes 3 grades of charcoal: soft, medium & hard
lacquer coated for clean handling with a solid, weighty feel
great for adding detail to charcoal illustrations
Suitable for detail or broad strokes
Use with:
Mont Marte Black Paper Visual Diaries
Mont Marte Charcoal & Graphite Products
Handy hint:
Charcoal pencils are fragile and require special care. Sharpen with a hobby knife (not a conventional sharpener). Be safe and always sharpen away from yourself and under adult supervision
